Local author Rebecca Louick will be reading from her book “A glitter Jar of Feelings.” A story about a young girls on her journey through a rainbow of emotions, where she learns that peace is just a breath away….

Rachel will lead a mini family yoga session. Rebecca will then read her book and be available for a book signing, for anyone interested.
