Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a restorative and meditative practice that guides you into a state of relaxation and awareness. It involves lying down in a comfortable position, while systematically relaxing the body, mind, and emotions. This particular session is family friendly with appropriate instructions to engage youth & teens, while still resonating with adults.
This session offers a peaceful activity for families to connect without distractions, reduce tension, & promotes relaxation.
