Come move, connect & play! Join us for a Halloween Yoga class for grown ups and little ones. Treats provided by “Dough Sweet” Costumes Encouraged! We will focus on movement & positive mind body connection. Through yoga & play we will focus on coordination, body awareness & confidence.
