Take a mid day break and reset with this balanced mid day class. We will begin a 30 minute dynamic vinyasa flow to move energy and wake up the muscles. Then we will settle the body & nervous system with gentle yin, holding deep stretches for 2-3 minutes. This class is designed to help you return to your afternoon feeling refreshed, grounded, and clear.
